What is the Exchange Policy?

We only accept exchange requests from our store members. Requests from non-members cannot be processed.
To enjoy the full benefits of our services, please ensure you are a registered member before making a purchase. Sign up [here].

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please return the original item following our Return Policy. Once your return is processed and store credit has been issued, you may place a new order for the desired item using the store credit.

This ensures you can secure the correct item before it goes out of stock.


Steps to Exchange:

  1. Submit a Return/Refund Request within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. The day you receive your order counts as Day 1.

  2. Once your return is approved, use any courier to send the item back to us.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued within 2–7 business days.

  4. Use the store credit to place a new order for your desired item.


Important Notes:

  • Store credit is issued only for eligible returns. Please review our [Return Policy] for full conditions.

  • Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time of re-ordering.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable and re-delivery charges will apply for new orders.

 

Exchange Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene or promotional reasons:

  • Thermal stockings, socks, and gloves

  • Items marked as final sale or sold at discounted prices

  • Items purchased using promotional codes with non-returnable terms

  • Free gifts, contest prizes, or giveaway items
