What is the Return Policy?
Membership Requirement
We only accept return or refund requests from our store members. Requests from non-members cannot be processed.

At ToBeWarm Global, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer store credit for returns of eligible items.
1. Request Timeline

Log in → Profile (top right icon) → Orders → Refund → Select item(s) → Submit.

Requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. The day you receive your order counts as Day 1.

Once approved (within 1–2 Singapore business days), you will receive an email with approval confirmation and instructions for the next steps. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders. Alternatively, you may also check the status of your request anytime by logging in and viewing the Orders section under your Profile.

After approval, please ship your item via any courier.

Parcel must arrive at our return address within 5 business days from the day after approval (Day 0) for Singapore and Malaysia orders, and 7 business days for Australia orders.
2. Item Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
3. Packaging

Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Poor packaging may result in repair or damage fees.

Note: The return address will be provided via email after approval. Walk-in returns are not accepted.
4. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Thermal stockings, socks, gloves

Final sale or discounted items

Purchases using non-returnable promo codes

Free gifts, contest prizes, and giveaways
5. Fees & Reimbursements

A processing fee of SGD $3 or 5% per item (whichever is greater) will be applied. For payments in other currencies, please kindly note the amount is approximate and may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Waived delivery fees will be deducted if your original order qualified for free shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For declined returns, re-delivery of the item is available at the actual shipping cost.
6. Store Credit

Store credit will be issued within 2–7 business days after inspection.

Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime on our online store.

All refunds are issued as store credit; cash refunds are not available.
Important Notice
If your return does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject it and deny store credit.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us; please retain proof of mailing until we acknowledge receipt.
