Express Delivery: Flat S$8, 1–2 business days (orders placed before 12:00 PM for next-day delivery).
- Self Pick-Up (2 Loyang Drive, S508935): Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are ready for same-day pick-up from 4:00 PM; orders after 2:00 PM will be ready the next working day from 11:00 AM, and Saturday orders after 2:00 PM can be collected on Monday (closed on Sunday).
– You’ll receive an SMS once we begin packing your order so you’ll know it’s on the way.
– For self-collection, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp once your parcel is ready for collection using the phone number provided.

Exchange Process
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please submit return/refund request within 3 days of delivery (Day 1 = delivery day). Once approved and received, store credit will be issued within 2–7 business days. Use the credit to reorder your desired item.
