West Malaysia

Standard Delivery (City-Link Express)

  • Daily Cut-Off: Place your order before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we aim to pack and hand over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Express Delivery (Teleport Priority)

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 9:50 AM (Mon–Sat), we aim to pack and hand over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 9:50 AM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Service Area: Available from Singapore to select locations in KL, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, and Subang Jaya only.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • Address Changes: Addresses cannot be changed after order placement. Verify your shipping address before confirming your order.

 

East Malaysia

Standard Delivery (Aramex)

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 9:50 AM (Mon–Sat), we aim to pack and hand over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 9:50 AM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
