What Are the Delivery Options in Singapore?

Delivery timeframes include the packing of your order upon confirmation.

Standard Delivery

• Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri), we aim to pack and hand over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Express Delivery

• Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be delivered on the next business day.

• Friday Orders: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Saturday or the following Monday.

• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Self Pick-Up

Daily Cut-Off:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) → Ready for pick-up same day from 4:00 PM onwards.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM → Ready for pick-up next working day from 11:00 AM onwards.

Saturday Orders (after 2:00 PM):
Ready for pick-up on Monday from 11:00 AM onwards, as we’re closed on Sundays.

Pick-Up Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

• Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We’ll notify you via WhatsApp once your parcel is ready for collection using the phone number provided.

• Warehouse Closure: Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and all Singapore Public Holidays.

• Business days refer to working days excluding Sundays and public holidays in Singapore.
• Restricted Zones: We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
